So you’ve read about it and you are excited to start? Great! Before you jump in however, take a moment to consider if coaching is a good fit for you.
The first piece of information you need to know if life coaching is for you, is the definition of a life coach. A life coach is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. A life coach works with functional people to move them from functional to exceptional. Life coaching is not psychotherapy. Life coaching is based on the premise that YOU have the answers. As a life coach it is my job to ask the right questions to lead you to your answers.
How do you know if life coaching is right for you? Life coaching is right for you if:
- You want more out of life and are willing to open your mind to get it
- You want to attract better people and things in your life
- You believe you are worth working on
- You want to get in touch with your purpose
- You have the drive to want better things for your life and your loved ones
- You are ready for change
- You want a non-judgemental space in which to get in touch with who you are and what you want
- You want to stop self sabotaging behaviors and thoughts
- You want to become empowered to take better care of yourself
- You want to learn to love who you are and be more confident
