Avocados contain a high amount of monosaturated fat. Monosaturated fat is a type of unsaturated fat and is considered a “healthy fat” when eaten in moderation. Incorporating unsaturated fats into your diet is important for proper cell function and studies have shown that when these types of fats are consumed, individuals tend to have a lower risk of heart disease and high cholesterol problems.

“What the heck is a life coach?”
That’s precisely the question I asked myself when I first heard of life coaching many years ago.
I honestly thought a life coach was someone that considered themselves such an expert at life that they decided to make a career out of telling other people how to live their lives.
I thought it was an arrogant title. A bit narcissistic even.
Fast forward a few years and a lot of education later...
